What's worse than being sick? Being sick while pregnant.
Ok, so I'm sick as can be and after laying in bed all day I find myself unable to sleep. So, I'm doing what any reasonable person would do in this situation...updating my blog!
Being that I love saving money, I traditionally like to go shopping on Black Friday. It's always been a fun time for me and my husband to share. However, since I am ill and not feeling up to doing much of anything else, I decided to surf around the net to see what sales were taking place now.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Justice is having a huge sale of 40% off their entire site! I have a tween daughter and they have a bunch of inexpensive "cool" items which would be perfect for her. For instance, you can get some really cute totes for a little over three dollars. Yes, I said three dollars! So far, after checking Old Navy, Gap Kids, Abercrombie, etc. this was the best sale I've found and I couldn't wait to share it with you!

CLEAN UP YOUR SEX LIFE
Sex is such a taboo topic so I thought, "What better way to begin my blog than by discussing my sex life?".
The cleaner our house, the better our sex! It's true. If we are in an environment that smells fresh, looks pleasing, and feels comfortable, then we are happier individuals.
When clean, organized, and neat our house as a whole is less stressful to be in because no one is running late trying to search for missing articles at the last minute or arguing over why the item is lost or who's fault it is. The combination of lower stress levels coupled with a desired atmosphere gives us more time to appreciate each other and less time to worry and argue, inevitably giving us more intimacy.
It is an absolute turn on to see Jim pitch in around the house. Sure, I love when he brings me home a single long stem rose for absolutely no reason or posts our wedding song on my facebook page, but when he goes above and beyond to make my day that much easier, it ignites a positive sense of teamwork in our marriage. Ahh...to see Jim with a mop in his hand or washing a dish! It makes me feel valued and in return I enjoy giving him that same gift.
So, the next time you are thinking of ways to spice up your marriage...pick up a broom, or better yet, hand your husband one!
